Refund Policy
By purchasing our product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Since our product is hygienic and used on the face, and customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging and/or used.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of MissGlove™ purchases in their original, unused, and clean condition, with all original tags attached. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to receive a full refund or exchange on your item(s). The product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged to be eligible for a return or exchange. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may ask for photos of the product you wish to return.
MissGlove™ reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange that does not comply with our return policy.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@missglove.ca. Please include your order number and the issue you have with your item(s). Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost Packages
It's always frustrating when shipping errors occur! Please let us know immediately if your package hasn't arrived. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. These investigations require the customer's cooperation to complete the affidavit within the specified time frame. Once the affidavit is completed, it usually takes 10 business days for the insurance company to complete the investigation. Once the investigation is concluded, we will contact you to confirm the next steps. If the insurance claim is approved, we will fully refund you or send you a new package. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to inform us of any issues with your order.
Damages and Issues
Veuillez inspecter votre commande dès sa réception et nous contacter immédiatement si l’article est défectueux ou endommagé afin que nous puissions évaluer le problème et y remédier. Vous disposez de 30 jours à compter de la date d’expédition pour nous informer de tout dommage ou problème lié à votre commande.
